Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, rice vinegar, cornstarch, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes
Thread the pork cubes, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating ingredients
